Help Us Deliver The Next Phase Of Our Museum Of Rapid Transition programme

After a very long haul we are delighted to share that we now have the funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, matched with money from Paths for All, Inspiring Scotland, SSE Drumderg and the Cairngorms National Park Authority to move on to the next phase of our ‘Museum of Rapid Transition‘ programme.

Part of the ethos of Ecomuseum’s is that they are made and managed by the people who live and/or work there. Given this core distinguishing characteristic, we are looking for three people from the Ecomuseum area to join our team to help us deliver the 18 month programme which you can read about here.

A Project Manager (closing date Monday 15th May) – job description here.

A Marketing & Communications Co-ordinator (closing date Monday 8th May) – recruitment for this position is now closed.

A Community Engagement & Volunteer Co-ordinator (closing date Monday 8th May) – recruitment for this position is now closed.

Because of a delay in the decision by one match funder and because our programme delivery schedule is season dependent, the turn around for applications is fast, see closing dates for each post above.

Please send your c.v. together with a covering letter. Your c.v. should include details of two referees and indicate whether we can contact them at this stage.

Applications should be emailed to [email protected]. Please note, applications received after the closing date will not be considered.

If you have any questions about the post or the recruitment and selection process please contact Clare Cooper on [email protected]

Note: You will be notified of the progress of your application by email. Please ensure that you provide an current email address and check your spam/junk mail regularly to ensure that you receive all communications.
