Set up as a social enterprise in the Spring of 2018, its Directors are:
Clare Cooper
Clare is an Alyth based independent creative producer responsible for conceiving the Caterans’ Common Wealth initiative which laid the foundations for the Cateran Ecomuseum. She is also co-initiator and co-director of Bioregioning Tayside and runs a self-catering business, Vanora’s Cottages. Previously a member of Alyth Community Council, founding Director of the Alyth Development Trust and a member of the Perth & Kinross LEADER LAG from 2014 to 2023, she is currently a member of the Scottish Nature Finance Pioneers Group and co-leader of the Alyth River-Keepers.
Kevin Greig
Kevin is Head of Production in Edinburgh based Flow Hospitality Training, as well as an illustrator and historian, FSA(Scot). He is a committee member of the Glenisla Highland and Friendly Society and on the council of the Royal Celtic Society. With a love of walking in the Grampians and Cairngorms, he is documenting the social history of Glenisla through a project titled Stanes wi names.
Janet Hunter
Janet has lived in Strathardle for more than 20 years and is involved in sustainable tourism, adventure sport and community development. She is a board member of the Cairngorms National Park, a director of the Outdoor Access trust for Scotland and a director of Mount Blair Community Development Trust. Her background is in market research and economic development and she is passionate about thriving communities in protected areas.
Graham Reid
I am Vice-Chair of Our Heritage Blairgowrie & Rattray, which celebrates the cultural, economic and social heritage of the town. I’ve lived here for over 40 years and am also involved with a number of other local community groups such as The Blairgowrie Players and the Riverside Venture Group.
